Welcome to Houston City Rides. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a premium experience for all our clients and define our commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellence in executive transportation.
01. Service Agreement
Houston City Rides provides professional chauffeured transportation services. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and driver schedules. We reserve the right to upgrade vehicle classes at no additional cost to the client if the requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts.
- Drivers will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time for airport arrivals and 5 minutes prior for all other transfers.
- Standard wait time of 60 minutes is included for international airport arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals.
02. Cancellation Policy
Sedans & SUVs
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12-24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Within 12 hours, the full booking fee is non-refundable.
Specialty & Group
Sprinter Vans and Coach buses require a 72-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total fare.
03. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is paramount. Houston City Rides adheres to strict data protection protocols. We collect personal information (name, contact, payment) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and enhancing your service experience.
04. Liability & Damage
Houston City Rides does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners for specialized operational functions:
Vehicle Integrity
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for any sanitization required.
Mapping & GPS
Houston City Rides is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. While our chauffeurs conduct sweeps after every trip, items are left at the owner’s risk.
05. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
